Bought 4 vehicles at this dealership things were going great, then when it came to repairs on one of the used vehicles things went south! Overcharged for repairs even with the warranty covering the cost they still added charges, saying they needed to remove parts to perform the work and that it was not covered. Charged for diagnostics even after the warranty covered the repairs. Then blamed it on the warranty company and said take it up with them. Worst part was having to pay the bill in full or you cant get your car back. I don't recommend this dealer unless you buy brand new and use the manufacture's warranty. Bad business to treat customers like this.

first time buying a car on my own
I went to the dealership worried because this was my first car I went to buy on my own. I was greeted at the door to the point that I felt like I was at a family members house. They time they took to break things down with me and explain things to me meant a lot. They worked on giving me the best experience and the best customer service and they did a great jo . rip me off stay away from airport chrysler jeep orlando
Don't even think about buying a car from AIRPORT CHRYSLER DODGE AND JEEP ......IN ORLANDO FLORIDA ...they are the most dishonest car dealership I have ever been too.... I have bought 6 Chrysler in few years ....... from different dealerships in past...... I have never been rip off like airport Chrysler did to me .......I bought a jeep that was selling off their site for less than 37000 , the sale man told me I would get the internet price , my jeep I trade in was a 27000, dollar car ...also I would get more than... car max want to pay me 26000, ....... they made my money disappear on paper..... charged me full price of the new jeep I bought which was 41000, plus tax......dealer fee and charge me two times for tags ... and I had my own. Plates ... 42700.. the manger lied to me got me to sign my car old jeep over by pretending It was warranty paper because I want some off my old parts from car I trade in ....which was part of the deal.. trying to use that to sign over my old jeep .. they gave me hell .....to have it done came back the 3 day I ask them to give me the internet price that the sale man promised and y for my old car that car max want to give me this was the deal c they over charged bye 3000 dollars .... I am pending legal action...... learn from my ordeal manger and sales

horrendous experience! had an awful experience with several staff members there with purchase of a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon. Just awful experience to where staff were threatening because they didn't complete the proper paperwork. Harassed me to where they wanted to come to my house and also send repo for car because of a error on their part. Completely unprofessional and will share my expereince with all my family and friends.

easy to do business with
I was searching for a new Chrysler and came across there website and the pricing was was so good I thought there was a catch. It really seemed to good to be true. When I arrived at the dealership I spoke with Nate and I told him there was a particular car I wanted and asked if there was any catch to the price online, he said no catch we try to make it easy by giving our best prices with no haggle. After drving yhe car I really like it and we started talking about the numbers the price was the price I paid. They even beat my rate that I got from my own credit union! I love this place and will definitely be back for my next car.

Worst experience.... I walked out 2 days in row. All the salesman games everyone hates. Only bought the car because what i wanted with low miles but will never go there again.
