Was an online inquiry pushy aggressive rude

Made an inquiry, was unhappy with a trade value offered for my vehicle(which may have been roughly fair to be honest) however just wouldn't take NO for an answer. Have texts showing my lack of desire to proceed with the deal absent a dramatically better spread between their car for sale and my trade( I was willing to accept no for an answer however) eventually after multiple pushy calls and texts they got the message--maybe

Jeep Purchase

Great working with matt via email, phone and quick smooth, fast transaction at dealership. would work with Matt again. Very considerate of everyone, during this pandemic and taking extra measures to care for customers.

Sales Manager lied and did not honor his word

Don't expect the sales department to stand by their word. Eric (Sale Manager) called me after I submitted a KBB instant cash offer. Eric said he was offering between $3000-$5000 over Bluebook value on trades, as were dealers in the Melbourne area. We discussed the the truck I was interested in and the advertised price. Because of COVID 19 I wanted to limit my time in public so I made an appointment. I drove an hour to Airport CDJR and in the end was offered $2000 less than trade value for my truck. Not because it was in poor condition (condition was clean & above average) but because of the "market." So instead of offering $3-4K over book value, as he had said, Airport CDJR offered $2K under book. Eric blatantly lied to get me into the dealership so his salesman could try and persuade me into buying something. This was deceitful and underhanded business practice by Airport CDJR Management. They wasted my time, money and risked my health. Be aware and hopefully this review will help others avoid doing the same.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I bought from Shawn Stuart, and when I decide to buy another I won't use him to buy from. He made my experience easy, friendly, quick and with no pressure.

Excellent Experience

I do not enjoy buying vehicles, but actually had a very pleasant experience with Shawn Stuart at Airport CDJ. Via email, ordered a 2020 RAM 1500. Very smooth process and better pricing than I could find anywhere else. Shawn was patient during the order process and when we actually picked up the truck. He took the time to make sure 100% of our questions were answered. He was very knowledgeable of the truck’s operation, features, options. Highly recommend Shawn.

Rating going down

Made an appointment last Saturday for this Saturday at 8am. Got here at 745am for a seat bracket replacement. 2 employees both told me a simple 1.5 hours job. It's now 11:30 and I'm still waiting. Excuse after Excuse. I'll update later with their new excuses and when I finally get our of here.

Sales experience

Shawn made purchasing our gladiator for our family an amazing great experience. He took the time to show us the different models and help us understand what’s best about each one. We felt very comfortable, he was respectful to my wife and myself at all times even if we got frustrated or couldn’t understand something he helped walk us through the whole process. Thank you Shawn!
