Very happy

Gerald was extremely personable! In the past dealing with salesmen can be quite a headache but not with Gerald. I am very happy with my purchase! I would strongly recommend Gerald to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle at Ed Napleton Honda.

I have used Napleton since Nov. 2008 when I purchased my 2009 Honda so I'm pleased and I have a 2015 Honda Civic now. I'm always pleased with the people at check-in and the work you do on my car and will continue to come back

Horrible service

This dealership is disgusting. They sold me a lemon. When I traded the car in and went through the proper steps to request reimbursement for an added warranty they failed to submit my claim. Two months later I find out that they haven't submitted any of my information and I'll have to wait an additional 1 month for reimbursement and that's if they answer the phone! You can't get in contact with any one to fix the problem. Go anywhere but this dealership!!

Great Car-Even Better Price-Superior Customer Service!!!

I received the best deal on my "almost new" Pre-Owned Lincoln MKZ at Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn. This is the second time I purchased from this dealer, and actually the fifth car I bought from the Manager Tony Chippas. The car had everything I wanted. Pano roof, navigation, etc. I couldn't believe their selection of Pre-Owned vehicles. They have cars you wouldn't expect a Honda Dealer to have. Lexus, Audi, Mercedes, Lincoln, Porsche...And a even several Corvettes and other muscle cars ! I would recommend anyone looking for a great deal to visit Ed Napleton Honda... See Tony Chippas. You won't regret it !!!

1991 Accord has a new life

My $1,000 1991 Accord was treated like royalty and now runs like it is almost new. The free loaner Civic was also a good enticement.

Great Buying Experience!

I just stopped in to check out a used Mustang, and ended up taking a test drive. Wayne was very helpful, and and not pushy at all. He pulled up the car-fax history, showed me all the bells. and whistles He let the car sell itself. All in all a very good buying experience. Thanks Wayne!!!

Superb Service!!

Gerald was excellent at providing the best customer service. We came in with several questions and he had an answer for all of them. We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot and are incredibly happy with our purchase. Gerald went as far as calling us after we left the dealership with our new truck to tell us he forgot to explain how to set the radio stations! Talk about being thorough! We loved working with Gerald and would recommend him to anyone that needs a new vehicle!
