Absolutely Abysmal service.

Absolutely Abysmal service. Had my truck for a recall for 8 months. Did not get any responses out of them. Had to call Ford corporate to understand. They outright lies about the whole situation. I called to get it fixed after finally getting ahold of the gm, who told me "there's nothing we can do for you, come get your truck. They couldn't even perform a simple recall. Evidently, according to the actual Ford representative, this place does NOT file protocol for recalls. Mac haik did it in 1 week. I'm still trying to get this remedied, I had to pay for my damned recall. I have reported them multiple times to the NHTSA. I have another friend who had her car totaled by big star on the way to caliber. They dropped it off anyway. Guess who had to tell her they totalled it? Caliber! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES HERE

Where do i begin?

Where do i begin? Over 4k in repairs on a used car i purchased from this dealership. Received the car (was shipped to me) and had zero oil registering on dipstick and bad wheel bearing. Fast forward to now and I have a blown head gasket. AVOID this dealership at all costs.

Unresponsive, unable to get parts.

Unresponsive, unable to get parts. Have to call constantly to get an update. Why take an appointment if you aren't going to have the parts ready? Even further, why not update your customer when a vehicle has sat there for over 6 months? When I called to further inquire STILL no answer. I had to threaten a lawyer over email to get a call back at all. At which point I was told "they can't get the parts, I don't know what you want me to do!" And then told I could come get my vehicle (no airbags due to recall) whenever. I said absolutely not, you'll drop it in my driveway "not sure we have your address" Overall negligence and not a professional environment. Don't go here.

They’re uncoordinated service department is a complete

They’re uncoordinated service department is a complete xxxx show. There may be good people there.. I just haven’t gotten the chance to interact with them. Other than the nice young man pointed out the new damage when he pulled my car around after getting the slowest service repair of my life. I was told I would be contacted when they could repair the damage THEY caused my car. But I emailed the service manager and never heard back.

No service.

They've had my car in the service center for over 2 months. They haven't called to update me since the day it was dropped off, and they don't answer their phones.

Not Here

First, let me explain that I would not recommend this dealership only for service work because that’s all that I had planned to have done there. They might be great at selling vehicles and customer relations and all that so I don’t know really wanna give them a bad rap only coming here once. However, once was enough for me. I made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there, they were cars and trucks parked everywhere and every different direction. it was very unorganized. There are no signs that would guide you where to pull in and park for whatever need you came there for. so I just parked wherever I found a spot somewhere near the service department. I thought that maybe a service writer would come out to meet me but that didn’t happen. Finally one of the guys that was sitting outside near the office and after looking at me for several minutes finally came over and asked me what I needed and I told him that I had an appointment for an oil change but after seeing how unorganized it was I did not wanna leave my brand new truck at this place.

BUYERS BEWARE

Buyers Beware, STAY AWAY!! from Juan sales manager and Steve Finance Manager. READ THE WHOLE REVIEW Jacque the sales person is great, The finance manager Steven is not entirely honest, I asked him what the $1800 aftermarket product because on the screen on the desk was hard to read. He said it was for the oil changes and after market product which was for tint, wheel locks and wheels, He was pushing hard on the other products I understand he was only doing his job. I was in a rush to pick up my kids from school so I signed it. I finally got chance to look over the contract when I got home, At Big Start they don't have paper contract, they give you a thumbnail with your contract loaded up. I was able to read the contract carefully which is my fault, I should have read it there, the $1495 charge was for a product called "theft patrol". Please read the review on the patrol. It has a 2 star review!. The product is less efficient than the Ford Pass app that comes standard and free with your Ford. I called the Finance manager (a few hours after I left the dealership) Steve and he reviewed the contract and said that he have nothing to do with that product it was added by the preowned manager Juan. I need to contract Juan. I called and left many massages with Juan with no call back! I finally got a hold of him and he told me to come in and he will work it out, I told him I was coming back up there to bring the 2nd key to the my trade in. I went up there to give him the 2nd key to my trade in and talked to him about the aftermarket product. Unlike him, I do what I promised, I did not asked for the refund for the Theft patrol product, I simply asked for the extended warranty on the new purchase truck in exchange. He said would talk to the GM to get it worked out. I left messages everyday for a week. NO RETURN CALLS. I came in and brought their truck without haggling on the price, tell them what I want. They lowball about $8000 on my trade, I showed them the appraisals what other dealership are offering on my truck they up the appraisal by $4000. I did not haggle or ask for the price on their truck. I brought it for the price listed. then they add on the aftermarket product.but the worst thing is the NO COMMUNICATION AND CALL BACK AFTER THE SALE! I guessed they don't want repeating customer. I hope their service will have better communication because I owned 10 Fords and I always get a survey from Ford for all my services. BASICALLY------BUYER BEWARE--- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- STAY AWAY FROM THE THEFT PATROL. if you are buying a Ford - STAY AWAY FROM THE THEFT PATROL. You have the Ford Pass App, its free and does the same thing and more, locking and unlock truck, remote start, location and you get $500 free worth of oil change with that app. Sale person is great, Steve the finance manager is not completely honest and Juan is a disappointment and live up to a bad used car lot reputation. I bet the GM probably never got a call from him about my deal.

Bunch of bums

BAIT & SWITCH = CROOKS. BS Ford had a bronco listed on cars.com and on their site for $50,300. I inquired about it, and received an email from Joshua explaining more info on it and that he'd reach out to me. LOW & BEHOLD the first thing I notice in his email is that the price is now $60,300. I go to my browser and see the price is still the original $50k. I click refresh and notice that their website price has changed and also notice that the cars.com price has changed too. I message Joshua telling him that the price magically changed and that I'm no longer interested. He doesn't even try to explain or have a conversation with me to try and salvage his/their reputation. He just says ok. Bunch of bums. Don't buy from this place. Also, BS Ford let me save you the time from your canned response - we all know you're not going to "investigate" the situation, and I'm not going to reach out to you in regards to how you can make my experience for next time better.
