Bought a used car, had issues within a day
Told one thing and then tired around and lied. We bought a used vehicle and we heard some issues before we bought it. Was told things would be fixed and they were not. We brought it back as soon as possible and got it in right away to be looked at. We also were told there was blue tooth and were lied to about that as well.

Hindsight
Hindsight is 20/20. Looking at my notes and contract after the sale. I was charged $500 more for the extended warranty contract and I also was not given $1250 rebate offered when financing through Chrysler Capital, after multiple questions and stalls I ended up with an almost 5% Loan and no rebate. The new car buying for novice buyers looking for a honest deal is impossible with dealers. If I buy a new car in the future it will be from behind a keyboard and not at a dealership The days of car dealerships are over for me. I do like the truck but the experience was not the best, my wallet is lighter than it needed to be. Yes I was taken. The running boards that were installed last minute are not the ones for my truck.

Adequate service but not outstanding.
This is the third time I have been to this dealer. The work was performed satisfactory but very expensive for the service provided. most dealers that charge over $70 for an oil change at least wash your car especially if you leave it all day.

I needed the problem fixed as soon as possible because I was leaving town shortly and needed the problem fixed before I left. The got me in as soon as they could and found the problem and fixed it without me having to wait around and worry.
