Summit Auto sales people were friendly without being fake. They offered suggestions and answered questions without being vague or overwhelming us. It was an easy sale and they weren't too pushy about extended warranties. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The only thing is I waited for my 14 jeep grand Cherokee front plastic body parts installed and was waiting for 45 minutes and noticed my Jeep out front but wasn't sure if it was done so I waited another 30 minutes and then walked out closer to Jeep that was in the same spot that I noticed it earlier then asked service guy if my Jeep was ready and he said yes just finished it, I'm calling bs and they charged me way longer than what took to actually install. I would have liked them to be more honest!

I purchased a 2009 F350 from Harrison Clark, and things could not have gone more smoothly!! I drove 900miles to trade my truck in on the new one, and would do it again!! I noticed an issue on the way home with the heater, that the dealership or I had any idea about. I called Harrison thinking the response was going to be negative, and it was anything but. The dealership sent me a check to cover the repair cost!! I would highly recommend Summit Auto!

I have to say that in 40+ years of buying cars, my visit to Summit Automotive in Fond du Lac has to rate in the top two. I set up an appointment on short notice to look at a couple different vehicles. My sales associate, Tom Williamson had the vehicles ready for me to look over and drive. He was very well informed about the vehicle features and answered all my questions. I decided to purchase one, and Tom and also Tim in finance got everything prepped in short order, including evaluating my trade. Very low stress, very well organized team...all in all one of the nicest and fair shopping experiences I have had at an auto dealership. Kudos for a job well done Summit!

After having a brief conversation with my salesman and the service manager the new parts were on order and an appointment was made to them replaced.
