I looked at trucks all across the Midwest and was hard-pressed to find a better deal than I did at Summit. I was able to get an appointment within a few days after receiving my recall notice. The staff in the service department were very helpful. when I arrived for my appointment there was a mix up with my appointment not being on the computer. But I was able to have my car recall items fixed very quickly. It took only 45 minutes. The waiting area for the service department was very comfortable. The cookies were yummy plus great morning coffee. Thank you to the service department for a great experience . You all are number one in my book!!!

The team bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction! Brock was extremely patient with my initial indecisions. And the finance team was more than accommodating in running several financing plans.

The salesman was great. Responded to questions very quickly. Opted not to buy but through no fault of the dealer. The price was great but my wife didn't care for the vehicle - personal preference.

Brock was very understanding. Through our journey of buying our new truck and selling our old one. He allowed us to personaly message him at all hours of the day. He did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied; getting the truck of our dreams, even if it meant he has to work outside of his usual work hours.
