Mike was very helpful with any questions I had. There was no pressure and he let me do my own thing. Everything went smooth from start to finish. My only complaint would be that I got a better rate myself to finance car than summit could do. Anyway great job and I will return for my next purchase.

I brought in my recently purchased 2022 Jeep Grand
I brought in my recently purchased 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few issues. The service department was very nice, and informative. The Jeep was ready for pickup on time. Two of the three issues were fixed, but unfortunately the dashboard compass is still not working. I will need to schedule another appointment.

Issue should have been covered by Warranty.
Issue should have been covered by Warranty. Transmission failure was fixed by dealership promptly. Could have fought harder for warranty to cover issue. To much red tape and politics. People on phone were friendly and easy to talk to.
