The bottom line is I got a good deal on a good vehicle. The salesman who took us through the paperwork process was congenial and professional. He had gone this process many times in the past. The owner and his support staff were friendly and helpful. Now, the downside. This is obviously a used car dealer, and the sales office leaves much to be desired. Not too clean, old furniture and the restroom was out of order ... had to use one located outdoors. In addition, the sales lot is small and really packed with vehicles. One employee is an expert at maneuvering the vehicles into a position where you can drive out. The lot is also located on a very busy street, Garden Grove Blvd ... makes it somewhat difficult to get into the flow of traffic.

Take too long to answer and then never respond back letting you waiting for nothing

Sold my car to this dealership. The whole process was very smooth. This is my first time to deal with this dealership and I'm a little bit nervous. Asad is very patient and explained everything in detail. I'm a very happy seller and I'd recommend them to my friends.

I initially filed their online credit application for a BMW M4 that I saw online. I was called to go down and check out the car and complete the paperwork, I go down there; one they don't have the car, nor my paperwork and I had to redo it when I was there. I was told the car would be getting maintenance done and when it was complete they'd call me to finish the paperwork and sign for the car. A week goes by nothing, so I call the same BS excuse that the car is at the shop, the very next day the car is posted online as sold. So I called and ask what was going on and was told that some walk-in came and picked up the car. Not only was this completely shady business, but they throw some young girl under the bus, saying that she was new and sold it, she didn't know any better. How is that an excuse for a manager to use? don't they track their cars, see who's waiting for what? The answer is no, they just want to make money off of commission. Period.

Horrible Experience. Please go somewhere else. This place will scam you. I initially filed their online credit application for a Porsche Cayenne that I saw online. They called me to come in and fill out the application in person and that everything was fine. The terms I asked for was $500 down. They agreed. I explained that I just purchased a home and did not want to spend a lot of cash upfront. They kept asking me if I was going to trade in my Mercedes ML350 that I initially arrived in. My girlfriend saw a BMW and I suggested that we would be willing to do a trade in for a down payment to purchase a car for her. The Kelly Blue Book has the value listed between $3,400 and $6,000. The car is paid off and has many of the internal components replaced. After Danny (sales rep) said we would get at list a couple of thousand for it. However, he suggested that I put in more cash for a down payment. I repeatedly told him that's all we can do because of our house purchase. We have great credit and six figure salaries. We just needed an extra car. He had us waiting for over 3.5 hours to supposedly find a lender because he stated that most lenders wont take such a deposit. I kept telling this guy this is not our first time purchasing a vehicle. Well all of a sudden he goes away and comes back with the trade in value sheet. He was trying to hide it and I called him out. I told him to let me see it then he started saying well they thought the car was dirty so he could only give me a $1,000 for the car. We called B.S. and he said he will ask his manager if he can raise it to $1,500. We sat there for hours as he stalled and kept coming back to ask us to put more cash down. We began to get frustrated and then decided to leave. We were halfway home when he called us to say o.k. I will give you the Porsche for Mercedes and $1,000 down. I told him now. The guy called back 5 times that day and 3 times the next day and I didn't answer. Then I get this letter in the mail stating that I applied for a loan with the Los Angeles Police Credit Union. Why would they do that if I was not a member of the LAPD. Hence the reason why they rejected the loan. This guy had us sitting there thinking that they were telling him to get more money when he wasn't even applying to lenders that actually could approve a loan. Complete horse xxxx.

These guys were the most helpful and the best car dealership experience i've had. I want to wait a bit before i posted my review to make sure the car they sold me was sound. The condition was almost perfect and now after driving for a month with no issues whatsoever i can say that i have a used car that is practically new. They maintain their cars wonderfully and only buy quality and it shows. Thank you again for getting me a really good deal on a really great vehicle!

This was THE BEST experience in buying a car. God lead me to this place and it could not have been any better. I would totally recommend this car dealer.
