Great Service, Great People

Was greeted promptly when I arrived. They started on my vehicle quickly. The oil change and tire rotation was completed without a problem. The service manager talked to me after the service and listened to my questions and answered them. He took the time listen. He did not seem rushed at all, I was his only concern at that time. I really appreciated that.

You will not like it here. Bunch of liars. Management sucks and do nothing like what they promised. Recommend driving past this place! Go anywhere else to be treated fairly.

Recall work

Took vehicle in for air bag recall. They replaced the part but in the process, cracked my dash in two spots. I've called several times and left messages and still have not gotten a response from them. Would never recommend Jeff Johnson's to have any work done.

Crappie warranty

I bought my truck in December 2011 and bought a extended warranty. The warranty was suppose to have been for 5yrs. So it needed work and the warranty ran out a year before the 5yrs was up. The warranty started in February almost a year before I purchased it. I think that is a crappie service to sell to your customers and especially when no one explains it. When I bought it they couldn't even tell me the type of oil it used. I bought 3 cars from them and this is my last.

Mark Hanks searched til he found exactly what I wanted. And even delivered the car to me. I never went to the dealership. Great experience for me.

Poor dealership

Bought brand new Malibu, salesman assured me twice while test driving I had SiriusXM and could could transfer it from the car I was trading in. Didnt tell me it didnt come with floor mats either. I contacted them the next business day, the salesman denied telling me that. The manager said he would work with me to satisfy but it been over a week and not a word. The front tag bracket hasn't been put on yet either nor the skirting under the front bumper. Its been 2 weeks since I've purchased the car. I would deal with Jeff Johnson Chevrolet in Woodlawn VA if they were the last dealers in the world. Worst customer service I have ever experienced since buying vehicles in my entire life and I'm 60.

Liars

I was told the car I was purchasing had sirius xm radio, and was never told it had no mats until I went to put my things in it after I signed. I was told twice it had siruis xm and my car I was trading in that had sirius xm, I could simply transfer my account to this car. I get home and cant find it on my radio, I call monday morning and was told it didnt have it. If I had know this, I would not have purchased the car. Totally pissed. Ron Price Follow up: Bradley called me last wednesday July 9th to work it out and said they needed a good CSS, they would put me in a docking siriusxm and throw in the mats. I still havent heard from anybody and its July 17th. they still havent put in my front bracket for my front tags or the skirt underneath bumper.

Horrible Experience

I bought a vehicle, and when I drove it it has issues. I requested that in my contract the issues be repaired. When it came to repair the car they didn't want to make the repairs they promised me that they would make and wanted to charge me. They lied to me to trade my car in and get me to buy the one with problems.

called to inquire about an internet offering.explained did not like color, they insisted i bring my car by for appraisal & they could probably get car i wanted.the car on the internet wasn't bad, they gave me a price which was great,told me car was a GM repurchase b/c of buyer's remorse.they bent over backward for me to buy, i did on Sat.Monday morning i called a GM Service Mgr. and he looked the car up on GM service site.in the 1 yr. buyer had car, there were over a dozen major issues so i went back to Johnson's and told them. they gave my check back but did not apologize for lying to me - only asked if they could find me a comparable car. i would not do business with them for any reason.
