Just bought a used 2018 BMW and I couldn't be more satisfied. Ali was extremely helpful and his employee Jeff was very polite. They both provided me with all the information I needed to put me in the car that's just right for me. I enjoyed my experience here and will most likely be purchasing another vehicle for my son from Access Auto. I highly recommend this dealership!
Great used car dealership

Crook
The owner of access auto Ali is a crook!!!! I paid off my truck last October and he Will not provide me with my title. I have asked him dozens of times but he always has an excuse. If I was to buy a used vehicle I would go somewhere Else unless you want to get ripped off!!! If he ripped you off report him to the Better Business Bureau.

Worst car lot in town.
The only thing good about this place was the honesty of their young lot tech Adam. Otherwise the lot looks dated and the cars are in just as bad shape. The owner is a rude slob and their tech/sales person are snakes. DO NOT buy here unless you want a lemon.

Worst Dealer in Town
If you are looking for a lemon then go to the store, because this place only sells cars that burn your wallet faster than tossing it into the fire. The only good person in that place is their Lot Tech Adam. He was great to speak to and did all he could to meet our needs. The owner is cheap as well as the lot. The sales person is a snake and the mechanic uses cheap parts. DO NOT shop here.

Found exactly the car I was looking for. Excellent service and repair. Reese made the testing and buying process as easy as could be. Jeff is an exceptional mechanic and a great person, knows what he’s doing. Adam does a great job of detailing the cars to get them ready for sale. Ali, the owner, does everything he can do to make things right. A great person who really wants the customer happy with the car and the total buying experience. Looking to buy another car from them.

Great little dealership!
This is a great little Used Car Dealership! Ali is very nice and accommodating! They seem to have a great range of vehicles and he was able to get us really good rates on financing. His mechanic Jeff is awesome as well!
