I give them only one star because they tend to have low

I give them only one star because they tend to have low prices on their vehicles. The bad part about them is they will not accept an out of state check. We found a vehicle we wanted but we live over 2 1/2 hours away so we trusted through pictures and communications that the vehicle was in great shape. We had to wire transfer them money ahead of our visit so if we decided to buy we could bring it home with us. Unfortunately the vehicle was covered in bad scratches obviously the vehicle was not in great shape. The offered to have us bring it back within 30 days of purchase and they would try to buff it out best they could and would give us a free paint marker. That was not acceptable to me and I don't understand if that was the fix then why did they not do that before we came to see it? Being we where now in a tuff spot because we had trusted them as a returning customer and given them our money already we decided to find another vehicle like the one we came to purchase. We did find one that was one year newer but had more miles and was listed at $400 more. I asked if they could help us out as good customers and send us home in that car for the same price. They declined, stating they could not do that. I then said ok fine, then lets both slit the difference and offered to give them $200 cash since that's what we had other than an out of state check that they don't accept. The salesman i was dealing with did try and asked the uppers but they declined stating they do not lower prices. We had to leave with no deal, Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encounter and I will never be back!!
