Excellent Service and Great Customer Service

Tom Gorman was highly recommended by a lot of my friends and colleagues. He exceeded all expectation that I have from customer service to salesman skills. I'm really satisfied with my transactions with him and will definitely recommend him on my employees.

Good and bad experience

Everything was great for test driving, checking out the vehicle and the initial customer service. However, when I went to pick up the truck and deliver the check, salesman service ended. The truck was not parked in front and initially no one knew for sure where it was. I was handed off to two other individuals who were supposed to give me more information. This just created more confusion as no one seemed to know what to do with me. I felt like I was getting the run around "after the sale," The truck needed alignment and I asked for the specs on what they did because I am an ASE Master Auto Technician (40 years.) The specs were important to me. I was sent to the service department where I was told they didn't have the print-out and didn't know where it was. I was promised they would be sent in the mail. After two weeks, I still haven't received them. When I returned home with the pickup, I discovered there was garbage in the box of the truck, as well as dirt/gravel. Jeff (salesman) knew about this because we saw it during an earlier test drive. But nothing had been done to clean it up by the time I arrived to take the truck home. I'm disappointed that the worn wipers weren't replaced during the Certification test. After spending over $30,000 I expected more of the dealership. (This was a HUGE investment for me and I expected better treatment and cooperation "after the sale.") I texted Jeff about the garbage in the bed of the truck and received no response, no apology, etc. There has been no follow-up "after the sale." I would caution future customers that after the money is handed over, customer service ends.

1st truck purchase

My wife and I were looking for a practical vehicle that also included many of the features that we like to have in our vehicles. We were able to find a really nice used F-150 in the Lariat trim package. Very pleased with the service and ease of test driving thru the completion of the finance process.

Very Satisfied

The whole process took longer than anticipated, but we were very pleased with the end result! No one was pushy and really seemed to care about what we wanted and needed. Thank You we will be back!

They to over and above: customer satisfaction/care priority

This experience was soooo much better than my last vehicle purchase in Napleton, IL. The staff obviously wanted to meet and even exceed customer expectations. We drove 4 1/2 hours to try this car and don't regret that at all. We were trying two different vehicles, and Nathan even pulled up the other car to compare, stating he wanted to make sure that I have what I want in a car. Nothing negative about the other place/car, just to ensure that the customer is happy. Andy worked to get financing that could be better or at least match my bank interest rate when I found out that I could not use my Home Equity Credit Card (which my credit union advised me to do as they would be closed when I got to the dealer, and we would convert it on Monday to a car loan). And he achieved that goal! Andy also ensured that my registration was taken care of on the spot --- something that cost me an extra $1000 from state charges with my previous Napleton, IL purchase when they delayed sending me the proper documents so I was unable to register it on time. Nothing like that with Belzer's......all was checked off and done and license plate is being mailed to my house. Staff stayed late to ensure all was done, including having ?Ethan? help me to learn all details about the car before driving away. When I called and left a message about setting up Sirius Radio, I had the information that I needed at 0800 on Monday -- they sent it immediately after receiving it. I got a call to see how things are afterwards and received good information/help when needed. I have to say that I was nothing but impressed. My boyfriend said he saw a lot of plaques for consecutive year after year of "Best Dealer in Minnesota" when we talked about what a good experience it was. I didn't see them, but I can honestly state that I can see why they would win them. I would purchase another car from them in a heartbeat....even if I had to drive 4 1/2 hours again. Thank you all for your help.

Great service!

My trade-in and purchase went quick and smooth. I am appreciative to everyone who was a part of the sale. Bob is great to work with and found me the color of car that I wanted even though it was not on their lot. It was transferred there by the next day. Accessories completed everything in hours. Financing was smooth and quick. It was a great experience. I recommend anyone to go see Bob Burke to find their next car.

A truly exceptional experience

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait long to get things moving and the vehicle is in excellent and pristine condition. Bob is very professional and made the process of acquiring my new vehicle as smooth as can be.

Great and friendly service

I had talked to several dealers trying to find the exact truck I wanted and everyone said that they could not get one. Bod found one for me in less then a day and It was exactly what I was looking for he gave me a very fair price right away with out any hassle I live an hour and 30 min from the dealership but next time I need a car or truck I’ll make the drive thanks for everything I could not be more happy with my truck or the way I was treated
