The whole team turned a tragedy into triupph! I though I'd be stepping into a down grad after the misses totaled our 2021 Gold Certified Ford Explorer - nope! Brad Guze showed me my options in the used direct replacement category (XLT w/ sunroof) but nothing clicked. Then he showed me the 2023 ST with 7,700 miles on it. Like I said, tragedy into triumph! Raphael then put me in a very reasonable replacement loan and even got me money back from my previous warranty. Overall, HUGE success! Love my ST and thank you Inver Grove Ford!
