He is very knowledgeable in the vehicles making it easy to decide which one is best for your specific needs. I buy all of my personal vehicles as well as my business fleet from Inver Grove Ford and Jim has always been my sales Rep. Buying vehicles through covid was extremely difficult due to shortages and Jim made all of my purchases not only possible but very smooth transactions. Catrina in the finance department has also been wonderful to work with. They work very well together making car buying as stress free as possible. Bought my first brand-new vehicle from Kevin and Tim at Inver Grove Ford. Every step of the process was low-stress, educational and enjoyable. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold,' and both individuals seemed more concerened with my satisfaction in the vehicle than making a sale. Incredibly honest and upfront about all of the facts and features of the vehicle, including all of the options available to me. I'll be coming back to IGF for my next Ford for sure.
