When we came to pick up our new Escape, we waited in the lounge. It was very comfortable, complete with access to internet and refreshments if we wanted them. On a trip to Rochester during the first week of owning our new vehicle resulted in excellent mileage and provided a very comfortable ride! Service by our salesman was excellent! By the time we were through closing our transaction, he felt like a part of our family! He was extremely helpful and answered many questions about new equipment on our vehicle. Looking forward now to attending classes in a couple of weeks to learn even more! Great service, great vehicle, great people!

We had a great experience leasing a 2012 F150. Jim Rued made it easy and explain every step along the way. He made sure the gas tank was full and was very clean before I could leave. He made sure to call me for a follow up. So I would say if you like a sale person that goes above and beyond, please ask for Jim Rued. I would buy from Inver Grove Ford Lincoln again.

Great experience at Inver Grove Ford. I knew what I wanted when I came in, and the staff made the buying process easy and enjoyable. I told Jim Rued that I was in a hurry and that I might have to come back the next day to buy the truck, but he and Chad went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and I drove away in my new F-150. The staff and Cole were so helpful in getting me the car I really wanted. There was no BS in trying to get me into a lower model to work out in my price budget. That is very appreciated! Couldn't have asked for a more simple time in buying a new car!!
