I've spent a LOT of money at their service department on...

I've spent a LOT of money at their service department on my truck. I quit going there for service because it was so freaking expensive. On a lark I decided to get a quote from them on front pads and rotors and I even told them that I MAY be a returning customer. Did'nt seem to matter, the quote I got was a hundred dollars MORE than the one I already had which I thought was high as well.

I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership. Despite being a 20-something buying my first car, there was no run-around. Each employee I worked with from the man showing me the SUV to each sales and finance person, was knowledgeable, took their time, treated me with respect and was friendly when explaining the different features. I did not feel rushed or pressured... and the final result was me purchasing a SUV that I absolutely love driving!

06 Uplander Buyer

The 06 Uplander that I purchased was in a front end collision prior to purchase. I kept the vehicle for 2 weeks and traded it in at another dealership. Also, I was told untrue statements about my choice of financing, which was Affinity CU, such as they require you to purchase warranty and GAP, which they knew was untrue.

I was so happy with my buying experience at Inver Grove Ford. Tim was excellent--very friendly, not pushy, and was obviously trying to help us find the right car for our family. We definitely received personal service, and we will return to Tim and Inver Grove when we make our next purchase. We got great customer service at the time of sale, and through follow-up contacts to make sure we were completely satisfied. All through the experience, I felt that the dealership aimed for COMPLETE satisfaction.

2007 ford edge

I got a Honda oddesy, I trade it for above vehicle, the deal was going so good, after getting the above vehicle. the problem stared after the 4th day of purchased I have engine check light on, they want to charge me 159.00 dls. to dignosticated the problem, while others autoshop they charge way less than that. I think, after getting deal with a used cars, they can care less of the costumers. and charge whatever they want, in order to get more money from you.

I rated Inver Grove Ford as GREAT on all counts because of Tim Braun. As a salesperson you can find none better. Tim is available by phone, email, or in person to answer my questions and deal with any issues I may have with my car, big or small. Tim goes out of his way to make sure that any service issues I may have are handled quickly and efficiently and at the same time sees to it that I'm personally comfortable whether waiting for my vehicle or in a rental. Customer service these days seems to be in deline, however, not where Tim Braun is concerned. He does it and does it right.

I was having issues with my 2001 VW Jetta leaking power...

I was having issues with my 2001 VW Jetta leaking power steering fluid. After riding around for a few months with the power steering fluid in my car and constantly refilling it, my friend told me about some service work she just had done at Inver Grove Ford and told me to go there. I made an appointment and was greeted by Bryan who was welcoming and made the experience less intimidating. Although he was not sure what the problem was, he assured me they would find out and call me with the details. In a few hours Bryan called me back with the news and thank goodness they were able to fix it the same day! Minimal down time for me (thanks to the courtesy shuttle) and to my surprise, the repair didn't break my wallet. I have since taken my car back in for new brakes and added snow tires to the car to get ready for winter. I really trust the whole crew at Inver Grove Ford.
