He noted that I needed a cooling system flush and change out the fluids in the radiator, engine and heater core. He was personable and professional in explaining the cost and payment process with the cashier.

Since buying my 1500 Sierra in November 2021 during the chip shortage from a different dealer 4 hours from my house, I've always taken it to Ancira GMC in Boerne. At 119,000 miles now, it runs great, and I have to give credit to the guys there for being great at what they do.

Came in from El Paso, Texas to purchase my truck as they were one of the few dealerships that had the one that I was looking for and priced right. The staff was excellent especially my salesman Joe and Kristy. No pressure, informative and went above and beyond from start to finish. I can't say enough about them. I perceived the actions of the individuals involved as both racist and misogynistic. I experienced a sense of humiliation, acting like I do not know the English language. Then Mike pretending to have a Hispanic last name, I feel he is mocking our race. What a slap in the face. I still have the paper he gave me in his handwriting. Also giving false information on my husband's credit report (either that or he doesn't know how to read).

Joe was excellent. He led me to the perfect vehicle and showed me all the features on the Canyon AT4. It took some time for me to get approval for the purchase and more time to get the paper work straight and the funds sent but he helped expedite it. He made me feel at home there without the uneasy feeling I have had in the past at some dealerships. The other staff were friendly and helpful and functioned well to get it a as all done. It changed my very negative opinion about dealerships now that I found there is at least one excellent exception.
