The staff are very friendly and flexible to answer questions, schedule appointments either for car repairs or looking for a new Toyota vehicle. We recently returned to Maplewood Toyota after purchasing a RAV4 almost 10 years ago from Cha Yang. Cha was recommended by a friend and we found him to be exceptional. Our experience this time was no different. Cha was personable, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through all aspects of our new vehicle which was very helpful with all the new safety features added since our last new car purchase! He also reminded us to call him anytime if we had questions and he would be happy to answer them on the phone or in person. Victor did a great job. We test drove two vehicles, and ended up buying the first we had driven. Victor also took the time to connect my wife’s phone to the cars system and explained and showed how that system and additional vehicle features work.

Got exactly what I was hoping for, faster than I thought! Staff offered all the bells and whistles but were not pushy and definitely listened to what I was interested in.
