Larry is competent, knowledgable and strategic. I appreciate how organized he is, managing more than one customer at the same time expeditiously. His interpersonal skills excell also. He is a good listener, taking in the customer's viewpoint and wish list.

Cody and his boss either Tim or Jim were great they took care of my problem in short order. They deserve at least a 10% raise. Hang on to these guys.

service dept. did a good job , got the undercoating and remote starter done in a day and gave us a complimentary loaner car to use

One of my tires was found to be leaking during a routine oil change. They repaired it and had me out of there in less than one hour. They have very courteous people working there, and I always feel that they value me as a customer.

Maplewood Toyota has excellent customer service. Their service to my vehicles has been top notch from my first Toyota 31 years ago to today. Their service personnel explain needed services in detail and also about what might be coming up during the next service. They are polite, efficient and personable. I would not go anywhere else for service or purchase.
