The dealership was fine in my transaction and the salesman was friendly and likable. He generally communicated well but did not provide me with a correct assessment of the availability of the ball hitch I was to have installed on the new car at the time we made the deal. Now I have no ball hitch, I need one now and I don't know when I will get it. The competitive dealer in WI that I was comparing did have a Highlander ready with a ball hitch.

Liz told me I would get a free remote start with the purchase of my vehicle. Come to find out I was charged $599 for it. When I questioned her about it she said “ I never said that, you’re making that up in your head” calling me a liar.. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled as a customer before. I highly recommend going else where if you wanted to get treated with respect.

I had a great experience trading in my 2011 Tacoma and buying a new 2022 Tacoma. I had been working with Steve Redlinger for several months, waiting for the allocation of my new truck. Steve communicated regularly about the status, even if the "update" was that there were no updates. Steve diligently watched out for trucks matching my criteria and after a few months wait, my ideal truck became available. I received a very fair offer on my trade-in and the whole buying process was smooth. I would recommend this dealership and Steve to my friends and family.

Mabi was great to work with. He was not being pushy about selling anything. He listened to what I wanted. He was responsive to emails and calls when I was checking on progress of where the car was. I had enjoyed working with Mabi and would recommend him to family and friends.
