Awesome place !

Not oushy salemen. Has a large stock of new cars, it was easy to pick the one I really was looking for. Moe was fantastic. Excellent customer service.

6000 mile service

Arrived a little early and they took car right away. Time estimate was one hour, work done in 45 minutes. Very smooth & efficient. No problems or concerns.

Purchase of vehicle and servie department

I purchased a vehicle from White Bear Acura in Nov 2019 and am very pleased with how this went. I worked with Bryce Baumann and he was very great to work with. There were a few things that needed to be looked at (I bought a used vehicle) but all these issues were taken care of prior to me getting the vehicle. They were very easy to work with and I was always treated with respect. When I needed to bring the car into the service area I worked with Lucas Lien. He would keep me in the loop on what was going on, time lines, etc. and would text me the information. I would recommend White Bear Acura and their service department to anyone looking for both a new and used vehicle.

Excellent Service

I am a long time customer of White Bear Acura. From Scott Leth and Lee Her in Parts, to Luke Lien and James Burton in Service, I am consistently amazed at their efficiency and excellent customer service. Even though the dealership is extremely busy, they always get my car serviced in a timely manner. Very friendly crew; also love the TV and snack room.

I typically don’t do these surveys, and definitely not when it comes to dealers. But I will say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at White Bear Acura Subaru. This was my second oil change visit. And it went much better than the first(complimentary) service. It took a little under and hour and I also got my front passenger carpets cleaned(which was done very well). The thing I liked the most was their communications system. I received both an email and a text letting me know my car was ready, instead of having to wait for an agent to come get me/inform me of this. Maybe it’s because I’m a younger adult, but things like that are very appealing to me, speed and update methods of communication are a must in this day and age. Thank you guys, and thank you Donovan Drummond for making everything speedy and efficient(and also for slotting me into the schedule when I came in the day before! Andrew W Acura TLX

Excellent jobs

Excellent jobs done. Nice waiting room, snack bars, convenient TV, friendly service with phone reminder, on time. A little expensive. But it worthies to do with.
