His patience, knowledge, and strive to make sure that my decision (it was between a Forester Sport and Crosstrek) was easy by laying out all the perks for each , cons and options. 60,000 mile service with a noise investigation request. Dee was very courteous and communicated service performed and issues concisely. Noise was a wheel bearing which was resolved in the same appointment. Shuttle service was provided when requested. Another added convenience for the longer duration service appointments.
