I brought my mom's car in for service. The car had not been serviced for a long time. The service department did a full inspection of the car and took great care of me by telling me what work I needed completed right away and what could wait. Great sThanks for your integrity. Subaru Outback 2.5 Limited
I am a return customer from 4 years ago so I have been dealing with this dealership for a while. Service in that time was very good every oil change and installation of parts done in a timely fashion. Purchasing a new Subaru was a fine experience salesman was quite helpful. Am very satisfied with the whole transaction.

vehicle purchase made easy
i recently purchased a used vehicle from Landon from white bear Acura. The vehicle itself was in great condition, but even the few minor flaws were fixed prior to taking delivery of the car. Landon was great -no pressure salesperson and had the car ready for me to test drive on arrival. After walking through everything I decided to purchase the vehicle and then worked with Chang, one of the finance advisors. Chang was able to get me a great deal and was very informative and helpful with the finance process as well. I could definitely see myself coming back to this dealer to purchase a vehicle in the future and would recommend white bear Acura Subaru to anybody looking to buy a vehicle with as much ease as possible. Landon was easy to work with and made the buying easy
I initially stopped at the used side of the dealership after making an internet inquiry about test driving a used Hybrid Sonata they had on the lot. I received emails from Landon Medvec and stopped in at a time to test drive the car. Landon was really easy going and helpful in letting me test drive that car as well as two others at the time. None of the cars he had initially worked out. I mentioned that I was interested in the Subaru Legacy and was most interested in the latest 2015 model due to the improvements from the previous model year. He was able to refer me to the new car side as he was initially unable to help me with this. I held back in making a decision on a car because I really wanted the discount of a newer used car. When Landon had a used 2015 come in he emailed me right away as he had remembered it was what I was looking for. We worked out a price and I agreed to buy the car. I had bank financing but Landon was able to get me a better deal through the finance department at the dealer. I gave him the information ahead of time and when it came time to sign the paperwork, we were able to get in and out quickly. There was no pressure to buy anything additional. Landon made sure we were able to get into the office of a finance guy quickly by checking around for an available person vs waiting for the original guy. He was very easy to talk with and upfront.

Great sales person. Love the no haggle
Alex Yang Kourmarn was a great sales person. Very knowledgeable. Picked up on our wants and needs right a way and walked is right to the car we ended up buying. Checking on line was so helpful and then the no haggling made this a good expereance.

Incorrect repair for front wheel noise
Last September I had the service department check a noise coming from my front wheel on my 2003 Acura CL. The service Technician told me that it was caused from the calipers and brake mechanism needing lubrication. I went there for an oil change on April 6th 2015. I told Jordan Sprandel (manager?) to go ahead and fix the front wheel noise problem. He did. He "replaced a pin in the caliper" so he claimed. It still makes the noise. Of course they charged me about a hundred dollars. Out of frustration, I took my car to a Certified Mechanic. He checked out the entire wheel assembly and said the problem was not the caliper or anything else in the assembly. It was the tire. Now, why couldn't the mechanics at this dealership do the same thing? Oh, that's right, no money in that. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Sprandel regarding this. Never heard back.

OK place to buy but horrible service department
I bought a 2015 Forester last year. Pia Vang was the salesman and was very laid back, no pressure to buy. He connected my phone to the car and answered all my questions. However, once you get to the service department, people are not nice. The wait times are quite long. It's nice that they have a lounge with drinks and cookies, but that doesn't mean I want to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. They have refused to look at a flashing warning light - told me to ignore it. The fuel efficiency has dropped 30% - they told me it happens. The brakes squeak - they said it's because of winter. Saturday the service guy was so hostile he scared my daughter. Never going back.

Very Happy With Everything
This was my first time buying a car. I only went in for a test drive and ended up leaving the place with my new Mini Cooper. Jose Garcia was just amazing. He was so nice and just fun to work with. He is an over all great guy and he made everything possible for me to leave with my dream car. And everyone else that helped me was just as amazing. The whole place has such great customer service and I would go there again if I ever get another car.
