I have always had great service at Rosedale Chev. After a review of my buying history and a few quick questions the salesman knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to drive away that afternoon with my new vehicle and a satisfying deal!

Adam and team are top notch. I truly felt he was all about customer service down to every detail in including a video of the work that was done and the health of my vehicle . I have been going there for many years and have had a few different service advisors and the Team at Rosedale Chev always finds the best folks, passionate and caring!!!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt special

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt special and important. Ryan coordinated a time for a test drive of our specific vehicle and we were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and sense of humor. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process as easy and painless as possible. The finance representative (Eric?) was also great to work with. Incredibly seasoned, able to work through dense paperwork, complicated options and finicky topics with us with ease. I would highly recommend Ryan to any friend, family member or colleague to work with, as he actually was able to answer questions in real time with great insights regarding the competitive landscape beyond just what we were looking at.

Ryan was amazing and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he got me settled and helped as I was having car troubles. There was no pressure to buy a car, he went through options with me and gave me time to process all while making sure I had a way to get home that night. Ryan got me in a new Suburban and I LOVT IT! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend Ryan!

Wow what a bunch of scammers these guys are.

Wow what a bunch of scammers these guys are. Told me to come on in and they give me a deal. He asked me some inappropriate things when I got there. I asked for the manager and another guy said he was busy in back counting his money??? And I told him please don't talk to me like that. I drove from far away to get treated horribly. Run don't walk from this place.
