I called and went there during business hours and no one was there . I waited for an hour . As I was leaving a couple driving a car with deal tags pulled up and went inside. I went back , called them waited and was ignored ?! I was prepared to buy a car but finally left after two hours . I've never experienced such poor customer service .

The used car selections are one of the best in the area. Their used 2008 BMW X5 is one of the, if not the, best I've seen out of used car dealerships. Beautiful and clean interior, no damages and runs like a pro. If you're looking for a reliable suv at a rock low price, look no further.

The site may be as tidy as one would expect, but the quality of customer service and buying process is outstanding. I bought an Acura MDX SUV from them after having wasted several hours in many so-called "name" dealerships in Rockville, MD. Nice, friendly people. Supportive, yet absolutely not pushy. Allowed my car to be put on the lift so my friend, an auto mechanic, could check the underside of it. Informed me of known defects and malfunctions even before I started inquiring. Conveniently processed MD state inspection, tags, title and registration. Planning to buy another car from them.

Was able to walk around and look at the cars. (Tight squeeze between some!) but all were available to see. Adel was very forthright with answers to questions. Didn't hold anything back and volunteered answers even before I had fully thought of the question! (Of course it logically followed the previous questions.) If I hadn't found the perfect car at another dealership I would most likely have purchased one here from Adel.

I was lied to when I was told the car I purchased from here was in good condition. They did not admit to any damages to the car. After buying it and having cause me a lot of money on repairs, the price I paid for it was definitely not worth what I paid. I advise anyone to not go here. The prices may be too good to be true. I don't trust these people.

Had the vehicle I wanted for a fair price. Gave me the trade in value I asked for. Had the vehicle ready BEFORE the promised date.Would def trust these people again if I'm in the market for another used vehicle!!

I purchased an older Subaru Forester from them and am very happy with the car. It was the cheapest I could find any where within 150 miles. The car was MD inspected and they did the tag and title work right there at the dealership.Very easy buying process and the nicest staff.They have a great selection of inexpensive cars.
