Matt Warner was absolutely amazing! He made my first car purchase much easier and less stressful. I appreciated how patient and kind he was throughout the whole buying process. Wonderful experience!!
My husband and I bought our first car at apple valley ford and our experience was amazing! Andrea Holtan was fabulous!! The entire time she listened to what we wanted and price range. We will be going back for our next car! The financial guy is also very amazing!! He is personable and is truly there to help you! Great great time there! Love my ford fiesta!! 2012 Mustang GT from Apple Valley
It was an excellent experience. First, I got BETTER on my trade-in than they knew I wanted & expected, and that made me feel I was dealing with honest folk. They were attentive, straightforward and accomodating. Facility was excellent, and there were a wide variety of vehicles including a nice batch of Mustangs of varying types and pricepoints. They even let me take that nice car home overnight to play with, and filled it with gas. They also have an excellent mechanical department, and my wife was having maintenance to her F-150 there. I'd definitely go back.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices!!!
My wife and I have recently gotten a 2014 Escape and 2014 Explorer from Apple Valley Ford. They gave us the Best Car Buying Experiences we have ever received from any Car Dealership in our entire life. We are a Black Couple and they showed us Courtesy and Respect, just like I saw them show all of their other Customers who were present at the time. Our Salesman is Mark Halverson, and we Love working with him and Susan in Leasing. They are the BEST in my opinion! No Negotiations Needed at this Dealership, and their Prices are UnBeatable!! Excellent Experience
Overall, it was a straightforward, easy process. I already knew what I wanted, and Phil worked with me to find a car that matched my preferences. I got a great deal on my trade, an offer $3,200 more than I got at Freeway Ford, and a great price on the 2014 Ford Focus SE. There was never any pressure from sales and I drove away with a great car.

Not Trustworthy
I went in to purchase a new Ford van and to trade a Hyundai in November 2013, in the process of the purchase Mr. Turner and Mr. McCormick told me that there was a problem with my title for the Hyundai. The problem was that the mileage was incorrect, it showed 97000 instead of the 64000 that were actually on the vehicle. So they told me that they couldn't give me the correct trade amount due to this issue and it cannot be fixed. Basically I took $1000.00 less on trade because of the issue that "CANNOT" be fixed. Done deal. Well that is what I thought. In May 2014 I did receive a title and I thought that it was a mistake and I just threw it into my auto file. In June 2014 I received a call from the dealership stating that they needed a title that was sent to me. During this conversation they told me that they corrected the title and needed it, so I questioned the caller about it and of course knew nothing of the "It cannot be fixed" conversation. Well, I didn't forget. In a nutshell, they traded the vehicle based on the title miles that "could not" be fixed and sold it for the actual miles that were on the vehicle, effectively increasing their profit. I don't disagree with them selling it for as much as they could, but they lied about the ability to fix the title. In my last phone call with "Bill" all I received was threats with the police and sheriff if I didn't get them the title. Not to be trusted.

Jenna created a horrible horrible experience!
Very poor service! Jenna, I hope you get better training on how to handling what you call a "stressful situation", but what I would call doing your job! Also, Jenna you needs to accept the fact you were the cause of the error, so take responsibility for it! Hanging up on us was not needed! We took our business to another dealer!

Lied To
I brought the car in for a 30,000 mile oil change. I was told I also needed to change the coolant and clean the fuel injector for an additional $400. The Ford maintenance manual recommends the first coolant change at 150,000 miles and does not even mention the fuel injector cleaning. I do not trust them and will not return for service nor buy another vehicle from them.
