Great service!
I cam to get some recals done on my 2013 Lincoln MKZ and originally just wanted to get my key glued because the chrome was coming off. How every Brian in service was fantastic. He was able to ware tee my key, did it fast, and was great with communication!

Great service, quick and painless
Had my 2011 F250 Super Duty in for a recall notice and a problem with my back-up sensor. First problem I've had with the vehicle since I purchased it at Apple Valley. Other than a little confusion as to which building I was supposed to go to, all of the people I talked to were very helpful. The service was quick and "painless"! My extended warranty covered the back-up sensor minus the deducible and the warranty work was covered. I have approximately 49300 miles on the truck.

Battery Transplant
Brought our 2011 Focus into Quicklane for a battery transplant. According to the guy who gave me a jump the night before, when it unexpectedly died, this is something four-year-old Focus batteries are prone to. Battery was installed quickly -- faster than expected, and the tech was thoughtful enough to reset the clock, which I appreciated. Nicely done, guys.

Fast, Quality Service with no appointment!
The Quick Lane is very convenient because you don't have to make an appointment. I live 30 miles away. but for me, it is worth the drive because I can just drive in and know that I will get fast, quality service from people who care about getting the job done right.

Exceptionally Comfortable Experience
Being nervous about buying a car by myself, I was very apprehensive about purchasing the right thing for the right price, to fit in my budget.
