Continued problem with back window

After many attempts, the back window on my Escape was finally fixed. Initially, I was very frustrated with the problem. the window leaked and I had it in for service repeatedly without the problem being fixed. It still leaked. I brought it in one last time and was treated very well. I know the service manager was as frustrated as I was. They were very kind and patient and so far, the last fix seems to be working. Thank you for your persistence.

Excellent lease experience

I worked with Josh on my new lease. This was my first experience leasing a vehicle. Josh did an excellent job, and made the process extremely easy. I explained to Josh up front what I wanted to do, and what my budget was for this lease. Josh worked with me, and did not try to push things beyond what I was looking for.

Excellent Experience

I purchased an MKS from a different dealer a few years ago. Since I worked very close to Apple Ford Lincoln I started bringing my car in for service there. Talk about the right move. The service team was always prompt and courteous. I never had to question their recommendations and left completely satisfied. So when it came time to consider a new vehicle I made contact with Tyler Carter, Brand Manager for their Lincoln dealership. After a test drive, trade analysis and a few emails back and forth I made a deal on a new 2015 Lincoln MKS. When I arrived to pick up my new car everything went as advertised. Delivery was a breeze and I was on the road in no time. If you're looking for a new Lincoln or Ford I would highly recommend that you check out the team at Apple Ford Lincoln. If you're buying a Lincoln I would highly recommend that you speak with Tyler.

Came in on a Sunday for an oil change. Your staff was very friendly and professional. Service time was much better than expected. Enjoyed the experience.
