Pleasant EV Buying Experience
After a lengthy wait for an EV order from another dealership I contacted Country Chevrolet about a vehicle in inventory and was told it was sold but that they could get an order in fast for me in the matter of weeks not months like the other dealership. To my surprise my order was put into production faster than the estimated wait time. Throughout the process my dealer (Matt) kept me in the loop of where my order was at and the next steps, I wish I had contacted Country Chevrolet first place. From the start to finish the process went smooth, I will definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent Purchase Experience
I was quite leery of purchasing a used vehicle sight unseen from a dealer over 1,000 miles away but with reassurances from the salesman (Ryan Lundeen) moved forward. Ryan was gracious and helpful throughout the process, responding to my calls and questions promptly. Negotiations proceeded quickly and efficiently. The car was delivered as advertised to my residence on MY schedule. As noted before, Ryan made the whole experience effortless. I am now the proud owner of a late model Corvette! Buying a 2006 Corvette
This is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The salesman was very polite and helpful in showing me the mechanics of the car. He took me on a long test drive of the car which surprised me as to the extent of it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you Country Chev

Disappointing Buying Experience
I had very disappointing buying experience with Country Chevrolet last night in Annandale after ordering a new Tahoe High Country. I was quoted much higher trade in price on my Tahoe LTZ before ordering new Tahoe High Country. When it came to purchase the new High Country Tahoe last night I was blind sided with new low ball offer on my loaded Tahoe LTZ . I paid full window sticker price on new Tahoe High Country because high demand which I was aware before ordering. But I was expecting a fair trade in price not a take or leave it low ball offer on my loaded Tahoe LTZ . When asked about the low new trade in price I believe the quote’s was - yeah I knew you would not like it ? Large gas guzzler don’t sell anymore ? Really awful buying experience !

Learn how much oil to put in an engine
Took my Silverado there for an oil change had the oil pan gasket replaced at the same time got the truck back still dripping oil on the garage floor and it’s over a quart over full of oil Will not go back to this place again. Service department was very rude when I call about being over full on oil Would not recommend anybody else to take their business there either.
