I bought a Forester last year and met Tom Dombrock. So...

I bought a Forester last year and met Tom Dombrock. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He introduced me to many of his colleagues and everyone was welcoming. Morries just feels like a friendly place to work. After I purchased my Forester, I was overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles so Tom made time to help me learn about my car. Yes, I have a manual but I learn best by watching and listening to someone who knows about Subarus. I was driving a 10 year old Buick at the time. So, I felt comfortable contacting Tom weeks after the purchase. Today, I bought a new Ascent. I do not expect to have as many questions as I did a year ago but I know Tom will be more than happy to help me. I also found the Service associates to be just as friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot thank all who were part of my purchase today because I cannot remember their names. As I drove home today, I really did feel like I bought happy.

Alex Barrett took great care of me, from initial contact through delivery of my beautiful new Subaru. He was organized and friendly, and communicated regularly with me while I waited for my car to arrive. Everything went smoothly and honestly, exactly as promised.
