Not at all happy

Purchased a used car at this dealer a few weeks ago. Tried to refuel the car but the fuel door wouldn't open. When we asked Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru for help addressing the issue we were not offered any since we declined the warranty at purchase. The salesmen who sold us the car ('call me if anything comes up') no longer worked there. We had to take the car to a different dealer, where trouble-shooting and replacing the part cost a couple hundred dollars. I can't imagine going to this Morrie's dealership for any reason, and I would encourage others to think carefully before doing so.

I really appreciate Paul’s work in setting me up with my new Subaru Ascent. I felt that his approach was consultative and that he was my advocate. He helped me setting up the sales process ahead of time. On the day that I signed off on all of the paperwork, I had very few minutes to spare. Paul and Kristen worked together efficiently and got me in and out of the dealership in 37 minutes! I also appreciate Michael Clapper‘s work on my trade-in and Jen Burns working with me on getting my accessories installed.

There was no pressure. They were up front and honest and gave us permission to say no to something. That sounds ridiculous, but it definitely made me feel relaxed.

I was looking for an awd car, not an SUV. There are not a lot to choose from. The sales staff helped me decide what was in my price range and had the features I was looking for. It was a pleasant car buying experience .

Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru is a very helpful and friendly dealership. I did not want the most upscale car on the lot and that was okay. I especially liked working with Dennis, who offered to help me learn about all the technology on the car after I drove it for a while. I expect to have a long term relationship with this dealership, especially as they expect to have Electric Vehicles sometime during the next 3-5 years.

Nice physical facility for the dealership. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would also give 5 stars to the person who settled our transaction but I can’t recall her name. My only objection was the amount of time it took me to complete the deal ( we were there 2+ hours)

Dennis was very helpful. I had some idea of the type of vehicle I was looking for, but Dennis helped me explore all the vehicle options in the general category I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and expertly guided me to a very good choice for me based on my requirements and budget. I had contacted Dennis by email before my visit and his communication was great. He kept in touch with me very well and provided me with good vehicle options to review online before my visit to the dealership. Dennis, as well as Brian in finance, made my vehicle purchase and my trade-in experience very smooth and pleasant.
