Dealing with a person who had never purchased a new car before and had been driving their old car for over 20 years, everyone was friendly and patient and willing to answer all my questions.

It was a Saturday May 1, 2021 We had a 22 year old Volvo which we loved. We didn’t know anything about new cars. We came in to test drive a few and learn, we liked the Crosstrek but we were rushed into doing paperwork before we were ready to purchase We really like our.new Crosstrek It was a stressful and difficult experience.

We had made our 1st Subaru purchase in Fargo, ND. My wife was heartbroken by the experience as she grew up in the Rockies, and always wanted to be part of the Subaru family. She is a year away from graduating nursing school, and we decided travel nursing is the route we want to take. So, we needed to upgrade our tow capacity. We went back to the Fargo dealership, and were once again deeply disappointed at the treatment, even being return customers. As my wife would say, "the Universe has a way of working magic", and we met Dennis, Kip, and Morries Subaru. It is an understatement to say everyone at Morries completely made the Subaru experience everything my wife always wanted. That experience let us both know that we made the right decision in choosing Subaru. Every moment, from the time we walked through the doors, until we got home, and even through today, was 5 star quality. If my wife could say Thank you in person, she most certainly would.
