Most of the process process was low key in nature, which I really appreciated. When I declined add-ons from the sales person,the finance person attempted to get me to reconsider my decision. Hanni (the salesperson) patiently answered my questions and was very helpful When I asked to have a few scratches buffed out, The service folks made it happen before I drove the car home. This was done even though the dealership had been closed for the evening.

Love morries brand and reputation. I always feel well taken care of. It feels like the finance process could improve however. It took close to four hours at the dealership to get all the paperwork done and it feels like it could be more efficient.
