Paul and Mark were great! I’m meticulous with my vehicles. Being almost 4 hrs away, I had questions about the background and condition. Paul took a video of the vehicle, he was fussier than I was pointing out any blemish. The price was fair and the vehicle was as represented. Hani was helpful and accommodating, and seemed more focused on enabling me to make a decision than making the sale. While I did not have questions about the vehicles I wanted to test drive, I did have questions about the buying process and some of the extra services I could purchase, and Hani was able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Good experience overall but the financing process took way to long - almost 3 hours. Salesperson was knowledgeable and happy to assist. But the overall process took too much time to complete.

I had recently been in a car accident and lost my Subaru that I purchased new 2 years ago. I found a comparable one at Morries. Long story short it turned out to be an extremely inconvenient mishandled miscommunicated situation from their manager and I left with a very bad taste in my mouth.
