Easy to work with. They drove the vehicle I was interested in from Minnetonka to Eagan. I appreciate the extra effort to do that. Other than the finance software resetting three times, the process was easy. They even gave me money for my 14 year old car.

I had a easy buying experience with Liz Bergren. She was awesome. However, six days after purchasing my 2018 vehicle it wouldn't start. It was this past Sunday, so I brought it somewhere locally to have the battery replaced. I was told the battery was completely dead. I would have thought that a bad battery would have easily been detected during its safety check. Guess not. I also thought Morrie's would have reimbursed me $135 for the cost of the new battery since I had just spent $25,000 at their business six days earlier. Guess I was wrong there too. I was told I should have paid for the warranty.
