Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru

I was searching for a very specific vehicle: a pre-owned or leased late model and pristine Sunshine Orange CrossTrek with sunroof and very low mileage. I can’t explain how amazing Jannette and Laela treated me ! I had a bad experience at the Bloomington Subaru dealership and wasn’t told why I couldn’t be approved for a lease car. Long story short I finally figured out that my credit report showed a lease open witch was not correct. When talking to chase finance dept they assured me the Bloomington dealership could have done something as simple as calling us and clearing it up chase financial sept advised me to go to a different dealership location explain my situation and have them give them a call so I did exactly that witch is how I got the opportunity to work with Laela and Jannette. I WANT TO SAY THAT THE MINUTE I CALLED THERE DEALERSHIP JANNETTER LISTENED TO ME SHOWED CARE FOR ME AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO LAELA WHO THEN ALSO REACHED OUT TO ME THEY MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS LYING LIKE THE OTHER DEALERSHIP DID. Within 24Hour’s of me calling I was approved for a car because they were able to call the place and clear up I didn’t have a lease out . I can’t explain during this time how this two fabulous humans were to me ! I got the car of my dreams. When I got to the place to pick up my car I was treated with such grace they were helpful , smart , funny and patient with me and even though they were busy I was out in no time ! I know that when people sell cars they get a portion of that ! BUT I NEED SOMEONE TO KNOW THATS NOT ENOUGH FOR THOSE 2 . If I could provide a bonus on my own for them I would they deserve it ! Please please who ever reads these understand I was in tears with the other place until I met these fabulous people who made me feel so much better! I will only recommend this location and Jannette for sales and Laela for financing dept. also my son is obsessed with hot wheel cars and Jannette went down to service and found the last 2 cars and gave them to my son !!!!! I could go on and on about them Please give them a raise ! Or a time bonus If upper regional management sees these I would love to have a call back to explain over the phone how I was treated by Minnetonka Subaru 5 stars is such an under statement of the level of service I got here it’s more like 100 Thanks Alexis H 612 281 4764
