Low key, no pressure service. Safely precautions for comfortable experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in and wasn’t steered to anything I didn’t need.

Chris asked me to come at a specific time to see a specific vehicle. When I arrived he had double booked himself, so I sat and waited while he worked with someone else. When he found time for me, they didn't even have the vehicle I came to see. He told me that I "wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway" on a completely different year and performance level. In all, he spent less than 5 minutes talking to me and showed no interest in even showing me the options they had available. Overall dismissive and wasted my time. I only came to Morrie's Minnetonka because they were recommended to have excellent service but that wasn't my experience at all.

Great personalized service with Tom keeping my best interests in mind. Special order for my car and kept me updated as needed with arrival date. Tom was just really great to work with!!

Helpful and friendly service, was able to find a great car for a great price. Felt a little rushed at times, but the staff was willing to talk through what I needed to and explain along the way.

Scott went above and beyond to make sure that I was in a safe car and that all my needs were being meet. He was very approachable and made it a extremely easy process for my fiancé and I. Can not recommend him and the Morris Minnetonka Subaru enough!

Liz was very responsive to our inquiries. Imoressive how well the different departments worked together. nice clean facility. did have to wait a while for the finance department after the sale but over all very impressed especially with our salesperson Liz. the vehicle did need a new battery the day after we brought it home. It would not hold a charge

My salesman Mark worked hard to find my car but am a little disappointed that they do not give any little perks when spending close to 30k. My friend purchased a new car a month ago and received 2 free oil changes and they said they stopped doing that. Last year I purchased a new car and was given a goodie bag this time nothing. It’s the little things that keep people coming back

Once I found the right sales person, shopping was great! Dealerships website scheduling sucked and did not work. Calling in and going in in person was the only way to get a response. Sales lady Janette was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She was happy to let me see the cars on my own terms. Would buy from her again.

Morrie's Minnetonka Subara is excellent in every way. Dalles was marvelous to work with... knowledgeable, personable, helpful, caring, thoughtful, and conscientious. He found the beautiful white Subaru Forester with gray interior that we desired. We were pleased with the trade in of our Honda and 0% financing on our new Forester. Laela was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in assisting us with paperwork, a very nice young lady to work with. To celebrate the purchase of our new car, Dalles brought homemade sweet tea (his wife made) for us (Southerners recently moved to MN) ...and left a gallon for us in our new car! Dalles was extremely patient and knowledgeable explaining features of our new car. We appreciate so very much all he did for us. Morrie's is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
