The salesman and dealership were a delight. Good attention to detail, very responsive and very informative. Dalles Jorgensen was very helpful in explaining the differences between models and the Options available.

I walked in with no expectation of buying a used car....

I walked in with no expectation of buying a used car. Next thing, I did. And I love it! The only bummer was waiting 2.5 hours for a finance officer...and my “new” car was on empty. 😕

Steve was nothing short of fantastic! He worked very hard to get the exact car I wanted, treated me like family, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and was very detailed so I was comfortable and confident in my purchase. AMAZING!

Great salesman! Hani gave lots of information about the different features, trims, and add-ons. We went in looking for a pre-owned vehicle but left with a 2020 because we learned that the cost/benefit is amazing. He was also able to find us the exterior/interior color we wanted, so we didn't have to settle. Amazing! Kristin from the Finance Dept. was very patient with us and gave us many quotes on different protection/warranty combos while also explaining each in detail. She made the financing process very easy for us.

No pressure, friendly people. Kept it simple with prices...

No pressure, friendly people. Kept it simple with prices and test drives. Had a TPMS sensor on at the the time of purchase but contacted them later that first week and they got me in and synced the tires and was good to go in a half hour.

Very good experience. The best price on the Outback in Minneapolis. Tom was really great and explained everything very thoroughly. Not overly pushy financial representatives.
