Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved working with Mary, she was amazing. The car buying process is very stressful and Mary made it comfortable. She paired my phone for me and sat with me after closing time and explained what all the electronics were me. I went to the cities to buy a Traverse and came home with an Ascent and my family and I couldn’t be any happier! Thank You

Preowned Subaru purchase
Morrie's Subaru's staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the efforts made to insure our safety during our visit and test drive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chris answered all of our questions and followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our purchase. Brandon was willing to work with us to get a fair value for our trade-in vehicle. We are thrilled with our Certified Preowned Subaru Outback and are looking forward to many adventures in our new ride!

I thought the dealership was treating the pandemic very seriously and was taking the necessary precautions to keep the customers safe. I was worried about buying a car right now and they made me feel safe.

Shady Dealership
If I could leave a negative star I would. This is for the Minnetonka Subaru. Spoke to a salesperson, Janette, this morning about a car. We set up an appointment and she sent me a video. 45 minutes before the appointment she tells me that there was another person interested in the car after me and to call her back. Within two minutes I called to reiterate that I was on my way and interested in the car. I spoke to the Manager, Brandon, who said he would let her know. I get there, early, and apparently the person who was coming after me just decided to buy the car. I drove over 100 miles to keep an appointment for the vehicle they sold to the people who were supposed to be there after me! I will look elsewhere and I’ll be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this sham they call a dealership.
