Car Repair
Took my car in for repair/ recall after first giving info over the phone to set the appointment. Was told I would have a loner car. When I arrived, I was told there were not enough loners and I could not have one. That evolved into a loner and $36 an hour after my car repair was finished. ( I had a clinical meeting in the early afternoon for work I could not miss). Once a supervisor was brought in, I was given a loner and I brought it back after my meeting. They did a nice job on the car. Since I am new to the area, I am not sure if I will go back there because the stress created was unnecessary. I did receive an apology in the afternoon, but it didn’t make up for the stress experienced.

Staff was very helpful no pressure and straight and forward. Quick service and allowed for nice hour or so of a test drive. Both my wife and I were impressed. .

Great Sales and Service
What a pleasant experience and nice surprise to get such exceptional service at a 'big box' dealership. Was at Walser earlier in the week and had the worst car dealership experience of my life. Glad we bought at Morries. They made the buying process fast and simple - and serviced a check engine light that came on the next day - without having to fight or argue. You have a customer for life. We'll be back!
