It was a smooth, stress-free experience.
We called Saturday AM and made an appointment to view the car. Hani was there to meet us, showed us the car, sent us off on a test drive, answered questions, and completed paperwork. The car was in good shape for the year and mileage; (I think we were the first to drive it on the dealer oil change.) We paid with a personal check so are still awaiting the title (check cleared yesterday so we expect the title tomorrow.)

I brought my Subaru Ascent in for the first maintenance. Married got me in on time changed the oil rotated tires and fixed a couple of recalls for software. They were very pleasant and got everything done quickly.

I used the courtesy pick up and delivery option for my 12,000 mile service maintenance. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop (with phone calls) starting with pick up time, what repairs/maintenance would be done, through check out and return of the vehicle. It was pretty slick. A wonderful service for those who can’t or don’t want to spend time waiting at the dealership.
