Plain and simple, Morrie’s Subaru in Minnetonka sets the bar by delivering exceptional service across every customer touchpoint in the vehicle buying experience. From knowledgeable sales team to financing options and services made simple to easy service maintenance, the Morrie’s team takes every possible pain point out of the process and ensures it’s simple. I worked with my sales rep (Tom) for well over a year before purchasing and was never pressured to buy. I had worked with two other Subaru dealers over the year and quickly learned just how unique Morrie’s is. The other (bigger) dealers stopped responding to my calls and emails as I considered all the various trim levels of the WRX, and decided my business wasn’t worth actually taking the time to answer technical questions about the vehicle. It seems like Morrie’s understands the value and importance of providing consistent world class service across all channels of the business. I’ve been building and leading service teams in my career for over two decades, and can confidently say Morrie’s gets it and has hit the mark. They’ve earned my business for this WRX purchase and service work, and future vehicle purchases as well. Morrie’s team is knowledgeable, professional, communicates great, is respectful and shows they appreciate your business. I almost forgot to mention, they had the best price in town! You don’t need to sacrifice one thing for another, Morrie’s gives you the whole package, 10/10 across the board. Regardless of whether you’re just browsing, seriously looking, or ready to buy, I can’t urge you enough to consider Morrie’s for your next vehicle. I’m a very indecisive shopper.

I’m a very indecisive shopper. I do not like shopping for cars. It’s amongst my least favorite things to do. When I went into the dealership, I explained my interest is in value. I am not interested in high-performance bells and whistles or anything cliché originally I plan on buying a used car. Used cars seem like the best value. Tyler explained the value of the drive train warranty the dealership help me compare what it would be to lease by used or buy new with the drivetrain warranty. They were very patient with my process and helped me pick out the best deal for my family.

I was in a time crunch and had specified 2 cars I wanted to try. I needed to trade my vehicle, finance and purchase within an hour and a half . Done ! Everyone was game on, professional and I have a new sporty Crosstrek !
