It was all about Mary.

It was all about Mary. She was friendly, immediately made me feel comfortable. I knew she was my kind of person and I knew I wanted to buy a car from her. She found me what I wanted and made sure I got that exact car.

I would like to say the sale person was really good to me he is very nice about the car I just have no good situation with the person who do the financing she want me get extra stuff in the car that I don't want it I want to say the sale person he was really nice to me I want to say thank you to him what he did to me

Everyone at the dealership is good in customer service

Everyone at the dealership is good in customer service EXCEPT a supervisor in car sales . He gets a Zero he obviously missed class on 101 customer service. I did make the dealership very aware of this situation and was assured that the person was talked to about this situation.

This was the third Forester I’ve purchased from Morries

This was the third Forester I’ve purchased from Morries Subaru (2001, 2014, 2025) so I’m accustomed to expecting a respectful and professional relationship with the sales team. Tom is another outstanding example of the courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful team members at Morries, without hesitation I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. And thanks to Kristin, our experience at the dealership was successfully completed without any issues. That’s why we’re a repeat customer at Morries Subaru.
