I was given multiple assurances that didn’t come true.

I was given multiple assurances that didn’t come true. I had to insist work get done that was on my signed work order. In the end, my Certified Pre-Owned car didn’t even have floor mats. I had to purchase those myself and it took 3 weeks of emails to get my car.

My salesperson was Kip.

My salesperson was Kip. Like most people, I dread the car-buying experience. However, I must say that this was the best experience I've ever had. We had already decided we wanted a Crosstrek Limited, so that helped with the process. However, Kip coached us through the available packages and accessories in a very professional manner and without pressure. After a walk through the lot we decided which color we liked the best. The actual car that met our requirements was at another dealership, but that was seamlessly moved to Morries and the car was ready as promised. Our experience in the business office was also the best we have ever had. The options were presented to us without pressure, the paperwork was prepared and there were no surprises. I really appreciated that process too.

Not sure who Tom dombrock is. I never even met that person. The guy who made it all possible for me was Jeff Kasten! Good guy, great service!!
