Several issues in the delivery of the used car I purchased, as of yet no follow up to numerous calls and emails. Very helpful until they get your money and get you out the door, then it's crickets

Sticker and online ad understated odometer mileage and
Sticker and online ad understated odometer mileage and misrepresented the vehicle's options. We received zero instructions on how to use features of the vehicle after we purchased it. We were just handed the keys and told to have a nice day. The business and finance office scared us into buying an overpriced extended warranty. We have since canceled it.

Sticker and ad understated mileage and inaccurately
Sticker and ad understated mileage and inaccurately described vehicle's features. We were provided no education on how featuresvof the vehicle worked. The Finance office scared us into buying an extended service warranty priced twice as high as manufactuer available extended warranty. We canceled that warranty contract and are awaiting our refund, which we've been told can take 6 to 8 weeks.

Longer wait than expected for vehicle delivery.
Longer wait than expected for vehicle delivery. Pushy, and at one point, down right petulant finance rep trying to sell me a protection package I didn't want.
