I was generally pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of facilities obviously bathrooms, and the availability of a variety of vehicles to look at. I was less appreciative of the schpiel when we went to pay for the car and were pressured to purchase extras that we didn't want. I understand why, but I didn't like it. It's a very uncomfortable several minutes. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
