Salesperson was friendly. When negotiating our trade in, the service manager was extremely unprofessional and used inappropriate language when telling us why our trade in value was low. We immediately walked out after he talked down to us. If it wasn’t for the used car we wanted, we wouldn’t have gone back. I sold our old car in 1 day.
