Great dealership.

Great dealership. Greeted immediately, salesperson provided straight away. I wanted to compare feature/functionality between Forester pkgs to that of my Ascent and Tom did that effectively. Love my new Forester!

Erik was great to work with on the purchase of our 2025

Erik was great to work with on the purchase of our 2025 Outback Wilderness. Along with everyone else we dealt with that day. Let me know when Bobby retires/quits so I can have his job!

.y wife neede x to spend 3 hours getting documentation complete. They should have had their act much better together. Car has run fine for my son. Its only been a few weeks so the jury is still out.

Tom provided excellent customer service.

Tom provided excellent customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features on the car and instilled the confidence needed that we were making all of the correct decisions on the variables of the car purchase. I truly appreciated his style and expertise

I've been driving used Crosstrek for 10 days.

I've been driving used Crosstrek for 10 days. I was sent home without important documents like Carfax Report and Buy Out agreement on my trade-in. I was assigned an appointment to take care of "We owe items" six months from now! When I called Chris and accepted his offer of a follow-up appointment I told him waiting 6 mo for a patch and fill kit that is missing and one rim repair was unacceptable (We owe items). I have had no response. I was also told that the AC was checked (dye run) and refilled showing no leaks. The AC has worked for 5 days and now it is out. I’m furious. I've corresponded with Sales manager Kort, as well. No response. The check I wrote for my purchase has been cashed and my sales team has gone dark.

Good customer service, very personable and easy to work

Good customer service, very personable and easy to work with. Excellent follow up with service team. I enjoyed working with them enough that I bought two cars from the same sales service person and dealership.😊
