You advertise to come in for a quick oil change, no

You advertise to come in for a quick oil change, no appointment needed. It took 1.5 hours and they wanted to sell me additional maintenance. When I asked why it was taking so long, they said I didn't have an appointment. I just came for a quick oil change, an hour drive for me. Very disappointed!

Needed a loaner car & cannot drive an SUV.

Needed a loaner car & cannot drive an SUV. Reid got involved because service is not allowed to hold loaners. Because service is not allowed to hold cars. I left a message for the manager and that's when Reid called & personally took care of it. When I picked up my vehicle there was no charge . I had made 2 trips to get a loaner before this. I was not expecting No Charge & that was so kind. It had been a very frustrating experience and this really made up for it!

So far we've had no problems with this dealership.

So far we've had no problems with this dealership. We WERE told that the service person would call us to schedule some service we bought, and that has not occurred yet, but I will take the reins and call in the coming week to inquire about scheduling that service. Hani and Teresa were fun and easy to work with, and Hani listened to all of my needs and issues about buying a new vehicle. At this point I LOVE my new vehicle and look forward to driving it!
